FISH OIL
Take a swig of bottled fish oil twice a day. Once in the morning and once at night. Relieves pain in about a week to 10 days.

CIDER VINEGAR
This can be ingested or bathed in. Make up a concoction of hot water with two parts honey to one part apple cider vinegar and sip. For bathing, add one cup of apple cider vinegar and one cup of epsom salt.
