Heartburn
GINGER TEA
Take a 2-3 inch piece of fresh gingerroot. Slice it very thin and simmer it in a quart of water. Sip it as warm tea 2-3 times per day for three or four days.
BAKING SODA
Mix one teaspoon of baking soda in a standard glass of water and drink. Results are felt quickly.
VINEGAR
Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and drink. Heartburn is gone in seconds.
