Indigestion
VINEGAR
Take one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water and walk for 5 minutes. Stomach should feel normal within that 5 minutes.
HONEY
Take one or two tablespoons of honey. Results usually are felt within a half hour.
BAKING SODA
Mix a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water and drink. Causes you to burp more and reduce bloating.
CREAM OF TARTER
Combine a teaspoon of cream of tarter with a glass of water. Works within 15 minutes.
CARDAMOM SEEDS
Chew on a few of these seeds for stomach relief in 10 minutes.
