Muscle Aches


EPSOM SALT
Draw a hot bath and throw in a few cups of epsom salt and soak for awhile.

ALOE
Rub down your sore muscles with aloe just before going to bed. Takes away the stiffness, soreness and throbbing.

HOT PEPPER
Mix a bit of baby oil with cayenne pepper in a jar. Apply to sore muscles each night. Results are not immediate, rather, gradual.
