Nausea


GINGER
Drink a glass of ginger ale, eat some ginger cookies or cook up a ginger root. Any type of ginger in any form can instantly relieve nausea.

BARLEY SUGAR CANDY
Suck on a piece of old-fashioned barley sugar candy while riding in a car and never worry about being car sick again.

PEPPERMINT
Put a few drops of peppermint under your tongue. Within minutes it calms the stomach. Peppermint tea or peppermint candy also does the trick

CHAMOMILE TEA
Add two or three heaping teaspoons of pulverized dry chamomile flower heads to a cup of boiling water. Steep for 10-20 minutes then drink.
